for creatine, i do 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off. some guys take it constantly, my cycle works well for me (its really 1 week loading [25g/day], 3 weeks maintaining [5-10g/day], 4 weeks off)

alright i got a question. it may have been posted but i didnt feel like looking through every page to see if it was here lol. Is it bad to take a protein shake after i work out with having a dinner roughly half an hour after the shake? is that too much of an intake? Im trying to gain size and get cut.

    thanks

As far as I am concerned... Gaining size and getting cut are kind of contradictory terms. Someone a little more knowledgeable will likely chime in here, but the routine usually goes like this... Bulk up in the fall/winter and cut in the spring so that you can look good for summer. And your question is a good one, I am curious as well as to what is right or wrong there. Free bump

well by cut i mean just gaining muscle and getting my full six pack showing. im taking vitamins morning and night, amplified mass xxx, and creatine 189 pills. after i worked out tonight i took my shake (knowing how important thats supposed to be) but then had my dinner about a half our after my shake. Thats what made me ask the question. i dont want to overdue the calories, proteins, fats ect from one eating sesh and just make it a negative on myself

    My .02:

10-11% bf is perfecting for adding CLEAN mass. If ur higher than this I recommend u cut down to this then can bulk By adding more calories each week SLOWLY!

As far as dinner following post shake see if you can wait 30-45mins

Can someone start HIIT without any lead up training? I started a thread also but didn't get any responses.

What sort of training? I would recommend you begin building up your cardiovascular levels prior to HIT so you don't kill yourself

Lead up training as in being in decent enough shape not to kill my self when i'm taking high intensity interval training.

I'll start moderately on the treadmill and weights before I dive into a class.
