Once those were in the air, there was really no way to tell they were miniatures.

 

Cool videos, but here is a little story of r/c planes I have.

I used to work in a hobby shop for about four years. I used to have pilots come in all the time wanting to buy the biggest fastest planes we had, I told them it was a bad idea. I also told them it was very different being on the ground flying a plane than in the cockpit and they should buy a trainer like everyone else. About 80% of them would not listen and then would buy the $500 plane, and most of them came back the next day with an airplane in a box in pieces. Than they would come up to me and say, "I'll take the $300 trainer". And if only I had made commision I would have made "bank" working there! Accourse I didn't want them to crash but it was interesting to me how they had this atittude about it. I then asked them if they flew for an airline and what airline it was and if they flew out of my airport. And I then would try to avoid flying that airline.

 

those are badass... now add some bottle rockets and drop some m-80s from those and we can have a miniature war

 

I want to get a r/c jet, but they are way too expensive.

awesome! I always wanted to learn to fly one of the r/c helicopters.

 

My friend 3 houses over has a yellow single engine R/C prop plane sitting in his garage, it's pretty sick and HUGE! Someday I might fly it with him...

hehe...yep the cost is a lot on the jets and some gas. It's not uncommon to see a $15,000 or $20,000 jet or more. And yes I have seen some men cry when they have crashed their jet.

 

Wow, rather spend that on the Truck.

However that HIND is wicked. Be fun to have a HIND Apache or Cobra show down.
