Just bought a 2024 Frontier with a 9 speed auto. Less than 500 miles on the odo. I count 6 shifts in normal driving. My concern is that in normal driving not all of the solinoids are being "exercised". I can put her in manual mode but who wants to remember to do that once in a while. Do you see any concerns on my end?

I wouldn't concern about it, in automatic transmissions you don't have a solenoid for each "gear".
You typically have a pressure control solenoid, torque converter solenoid and a solenoid for each clutch/brake in the transmission. To achieve each "gear" it uses a combination of on/off commands to the solenoids so they are most likely all getting "exercised" even though the transmission skips gears.

This ipad pro has replaced my desktops and my laptops but having said that, there are downsides, like small icons close to each other.
