@ Major havoc, Thanks for understanding, and @ teamamerica I know yor not busting my balls, Everything put into this truck is close too 20K in aftermarket amd custom work. Do I honestly think I'm going to get that back, HELL no, but to the right buyer they might just be happy to pay that little extra to get it already done, and in the show condition I've kept it in.

Sorry man, I just don't see it happening. Good luck with your sale though, I hope you can find what you consider fair.

Ihave right at 20k put into it, the audio is set up for competition audio it is all top shelf Fosgate compitition speakers and amps. Which is right at 10k itself. Don't have pics of the finished job yet because theyre still custom fiberglassing the doors for the new components.

Fair to me would honestly be 37500. With that said no average joe is going to say hay I'll buy that, it has to be the right buyer at the right time, I'm just looking for input thats all, and I really appreciate all that I've gotten so far. :)

Sorry to rub you the wrong way OP, I'm just giving my opinion. You don't need to convince me though, just one private buyer is all it takes. Aim high, see what you turn up and hopefully it works out.

It might take some time to find the right buyer, and actually the right buyer has to find you.
Personally I'd rather buy a new stock truck myself. I am wary of buying used vehicles, especially modded ones. Half the fun is building it up yourself, as i'm sure you already know :)

Sad but true. Most people look at a vehicle and analyze KBB value, and all the other bells and whistles are only of minimal value to them.

It might be a longer wait to sell, but its not like you seem to be in a rush or anything, so price it where you feel comfortable above KBB and see what you reel in.

Edit: I know personally if I was browsing around, it would make me feel more interested as a buyer to see general pricing of all the added items and really feel like I'd be saving a lot of money/getting a good deal on a used Tacoma, even if you have it listed for 30k or so.

    +1

And aftermarket items don't always increase value... many will decrease the value for everyone except the "right" buyer.
General rule of thumb is to take KBB and add between 10% and 20% of the value of the aftermarket parts. In most cases, you'll make more on the whole package by removing the parts and selling separately.

The wide-open grille (no protection at all for the filter and condensor) will be a deal breaker for many.

First I'm not looking to buy just chiming in.

However, your truck is exactly up my alley as mine is heading the same direction. So if I was going to offer you money for your truck I'd still be around 30k max for it. I do have a few buddies that I'm pretty sure would push the 32-35k range for this truck as well if they were looking to buy.

My main reason I would offer 30k is I like to build my own rides. Having someone do all the work for me lessens the value to me. 1. I don't know how good the work really is and 2. I don't know how the person drove it and took care of it. My friends on the other hand hate to work on anything so they would want it completed. You just gotta take your time and find the right buyer. Someone will pay good for that truck.

Either way I like the truck a lot and GLWS!

Most financing companies won't finance a vehicle over the KBB value regardless of aftermarket upgrades. Unless they are specified upgrades in the KBB options.

    this and that...
to me, a quality lift (not that spacers jive) and quality wheels would sell quicker and probably above kbb if taken cared of than a competition sound system, supercharger, and other misc goodies. with that being said, if i was interested in your truck, i would level with you and ask you how much without all the sounds. the charger is a plus and is pretty much the only thing i saw on your truck. to each their own, and i wish you the best if you are indeed gonna sell it.

Now that the pics are up, I'm upping my original estimate. I see it's a 4x4 and looks very clean. With S/C and mods 30-32k.

I think here in CA that truck listed for a little more it might sell also. I agree with Rich though, you need a grill of some sort, people are going to wonder what happened to it. lol

Even though that's not a Cali truck, the bottom looks mint.

End of the day, put it up for sale on truck trader/craigslist/ebay etc for like 35 and see if you get any attention. If your phone isn't ringing after a week or two, you are way off the market price. It's only worth what top bidder is willing to pay that you will sell it for. Only then is it worth more.. TO YOU. :)

It would probobally be best to sell the super charger and take off the bolt-on... but idk it just seems like yeah somebody will be super inerested in the audio, and the supercharger would be easier to sell.

Not may people are going to pay that especially for a modded one. What you consider modded and loaded, another will consider a waste of money because the mods are not personalized to them.

I am sure someone with too much money would pay over 30K for it but dont expect a line of those people. If you hold out for 30-40k you will have to sit on it for a while until that person comes along... but patience may pay off.

I've gotta agree here, sometimes a highly modified vehicle will really limit who will buy it and how much they'll pay.

Also, aren't you worried at all about damage to the radiator? I feel like it wouldn't take much to punch a hole in it even if you never went offroad.
