I'm basing my comment off of the company names being different, and the price being different. That listing is for BaysonR, the company tied to this thread is Van Kulture. I guess it could just be their eBay name differs from the actual company name?

Also the listing is for $199 whereas these are apparently $250.

Based on it being the same truck, likely the same company. The Ebay ad is $200 shipped without the TOYOTA letters but this is $250 shipped with them. This thread is likely just a marketing thing to get the word out.

sucks that nobody has done this for the Gen 2 that I know of. I would rock out a replica.

Ok, let me lay it out there, $$$ of any QTY can be considered a lot or a little depending on perspective. Out of the Japanese truck options available to North America anyways it's one of the cheapest ones. My point was that we don't own God's chariot and it's a pretty ubiquitous basic truck. I love it for that reason. ANYWAYS..... Back to Van Kulture and this awesome pricing for a heck of good replica that nobody is going to tell the difference between. I'm in for a TW discount or group buy!!!

Guessing the grille is made by a Chinese company that produces aftermarket parts and is made available wholesale.
Not necessarily designed and produced by a boutique mini van customization website.

They are probabley doing the letters only and marking up the grille including the letters with it.
Aftermarket parts companies know better than to make anything with an OEMs name on it, that's why the letters are missing.

I agree with the TW discount or Group Buy option, since I already ordered I would hope to be rewarded for an early buy discount ;)

As soon as I receive it I will post pictures of the grill, install and final product for you guys to see

Are all you guys popping boners for this thing going to throw some fake TRD wheels on your trucks too? Cause nobody can tell the difference between those either at 60mph.

The only thing fake parts belong on is your girl, never your car.

That's what I was gonna do! I have that emblem waiting. Great idea! LOL

I've got a real one that I'm swapping out for this one also if the quality level is up to par. I wanted to cut up the pro grille, but glad I waited. I'd rather cut this one up, even thought he Pro grille cost me $25 more with a broken tab, which was fixed with structural adhesive.

We will speak with the OP to update but just in case people missed it.

Here is the link for the grill. We have made modifications to the product page to make sure it conforms to being a "replica"
    https://www.vankulture.com/preorders
Make sure you choose DIY option 1 and 2 for "personalization"
