Would appreciate help on what my 2005 AC TRD OR 6MT is worth

The market is strange and I have no idea how to price my truck. I live in Southern California for reference and pricing seems to be all over the place.. I was thinking around $14k-$15k, but I’m not sure if that’s too much

It’s a 2005 access cab off road 6 speed manual with 114k miles, regular 5k oil changes, 4wd and A/C work great. Colorado truck originally.

The bad:
Needs new battery tie down (brand new yellow top not perfectly secured)
Drivers side wheel bearing needs replaced
Paint fading on the hood, and pinstriping on the sides
Some surface rust on the frame
Tiny chip in windshield

the good:
new 33” Toyo AT3s (about 4,000 miles) with SCS stealth 6 wheels
King shocks with around 10k miles. SPC UCAs.
Bilstein upgraded shocks in the rear with wheelers 3 leaf AAL and leafs off a 2017. I think about 30k on the rear suspension.
brand new Yellow top battery
Pioneer head unit with sound deadening in doors and back, upgraded speakers
Weather tech floor mats, headwaters seat covers, TRD ball shifter..
All the other random little things you collect from TW as money magically disappears…

 

is is me or does the bed look off compared to the cab?

Id say 15k since it has such low miles.
