On my 14' sport gonna do 5100's @ 1.75 and 265/70/17 KO2's on stock sport wheels. I've seen someone people say tires possibly rub upper arms and have gotten spacers. If I did need some what size would I atleast need? I don't like wheels to stick out a lot.

Nope, you'll be fine. That's my exact setup with Duratracs instead of KO2s.

First photo is with the sport wheels plastidipped black.
Second photo is with my bronze powdercoated Texas edition wheels.
Lift is 5100s at 1.75" and 1.5" AAL in the rear. 265/70/17 Duratracs.
