    ummm yeah
    paint stock wheels with rubberized undercoating?
    reason i say this is because advanced has duplicolor rubberized undercoat for 2 for 7 bucks

    I would think it would be similar to Plasti-dip. Don't see why not.

    I think it might look a lil weird being that undercoating is noticeably textured...
