    Hey TW,
I've been struggling with this dilemma for a while now. I have a 2015 TRD Pro. I would like to have a bit more ground clearance while on the trails or in the desert. I don't see getting a lift because I have a 2.5" up front and 2" in back as is. Getting a 3 or 4" doesn't seem worth the money for little gain. Tires are an option but how big can I go without additional work? Open to suggestions and advice!

Him maybe go up to 35s" for tires? But requires cutting "some" stuff.

The same shit everyone else has.
A lift doesnt gain you ground clearance, it only give you the room to run larger (taller) tires which add ground clearance.

Assuming youre still on stock sized tires, you could up your tire size to a 285/70(75), 255/75, or a 255/80 depending on what size wheels you have, this will get you more ground clearance, but you may (probably will) have to trim stuff so they fit.

I have 16" wheels. Stock tires that the truck came with. BF GR KOs. Great tires so far! So upping my tire and/or wheel size seems to be in my future then. What kind of "stuff" are we talking about trimming?
