Would like your opinions

start shooting early in the morning and annoy them back if he doesnt want to play nice.

 

I'd talk to him. If he doesn't stop then find some way to annoy him back.

Like hooking up a large sound system facing their house.. then having a group of little kids play cops and robbers.... and blast their onomatopoeia of gunshots towards their house.

(Onomatopoeia = sound words.)
So your neighbor'll hear
"BOOM! BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG! YOU DEAD!
NO! RATATATATATATATA BOOOM!" for a few hours.

just a thought. (Im serious about the talk to him though)

 

That's what I'd suggest.

I really don't find gunfire particularly annoying (being a fellow gun nut). One of my neighbors and his son ride 2 cycle dirt bikes and ATVs around their 1 acre lot. Now that's annoying.

My son (a general contractor) built his home in an upper class wooded subdivision (minumum lot size 3 acres). Most of the residents were either doctors or professors at the local university. His next door neighbor (a doctor) had built a shooting range in his backyard. He told my son (also a gun nut) he could some over and shoot anytime. I usually emptied a few magazines myself every time I went to visit my son.

 

yeah i would talk to him. you really dont wanna make enemies with your neighbor. i dont see how he could not acknowledge how it could be annoying. maybe he could just do it a little less or at a different time?
