Any particular reason you want an auto over the 5 speed? And beautiful truck by the way.

I was looking for a while.i had another vehicle at the time so i wasn't in a hurry but this one actually found me.lol.I had first dibs on it before it hit the market.I was looking at that green 4x4 4door you posted. Its been for sale for along time if i remember correctly but 400,000 is getting pretty high for me.And as far as the auto goes, i drove and auto for almost 8 years so thats what im used to and figured it might be a little easier for towing our work trailer.I am getting used to the 5speed though.

Truck market up here in the PNW is not relevant to average pricing. There's about a $3k mark up ...

The market here in the Northern plains might be a $3k downward adjustment. There's no real market for first gens, because everyone seems to want a full-size domestic. If I had my truck in Nor Cal I'm sure I would have just sold it and moved up in truck

    Pretty much stock right now
Many are unaware of the frame rust issues until after they own the vehicle and there is a problem. The seller may be unaware of this, and other mechanical issues, so not necessarily hiding anything. Unless the seller is giving a warranty, the onus is on the buyer to know what they are buying into. These days it's not too hard to do some research on a vehicle in terms of problems and reliability, and do a mechanical inspection. Of course, there is no foolproof guarantee of a problem free vehicle, particularly for one getting on in years.
