Would you get an alignment/balance done even if you don’t experience any negative symptoms?

I do not have an alignment checked or preformed unless I feel it’s needed.

Only when I get new tires, notice a pull, uneven tread wear, or make changes to steering or suspension components.

I have the lifetime alignment on all my vehicles and do it about every 6m to 1y. I did catch one shop doing a quick toe and go and called them out on it. I requested a different tech and they did the alignment properly. Other than that one time issue it's been good.

That said, I did pay for a "real" alignment at a more reputable shop when I was trying to dial in my suspension with SPC UCAs and lift when it was first installed.
