Easy solution, minus the manual tranny, Tundra! They hold their value a lot better than the domestics.

A higher paid, better trained union idiot to be precise. Cummins seems to be the most over rated engine out there....to add to the discussion :p

    Rain Visors,

Let me explain how the construction world works. I hire your boss, he hires you....I'm not sure what you think A GC does, but how about you focus on your own trade...I wouldn't want you to think too hard and forget how to sweat a pipe and render you useless.

"and get it straight, you keep scabs working..." first off, when i need tradesmen i use all union shops, and the offers i get from people to work on the side are UNION guys looking to make cash on the side.

"you guys hire right ooff the street and call yourself tradesmen." I call myself a GC, you are a tradesmen, and apparently a fucking stupid one at that. You need to spend some time in this world, learn some mutual respect for other people, and learn your place.

Next time you see that scab hiring douche bag on a job site, the one everyone goes to for questions understand that this, that is me. And you ask your boss a question, and he asks me a question....I will say a pipe goes here, and this is how I want it, and I'll tell your boss that and he will say "sounds good boss", then he will tell you, I want you do put this pipe here...and you with all your infinite wisdom, will put it where He says, and you don't need to question or wonder why, because that's not YOUR place, I see a finished product, for MY customer, you see a pipe.

    Rain Visors,

I like the cummins because it is the cheapest. And I'm guessing you may work in a union shop, but you're probably an apprentice, or a gopher or something. Because ANYONE who has spent any real time on a job site, other then "i redid my friends moms kitchen" would have a better idea how his profession works. Or at least I would hope.

Also I pay my guys well, not because they are union, because I get what I pay for, and I work with the same people over and over. You're the type of guy on a site, who would cause your boss to lose a contract.

But to each their own, luckily I don't do work in canada, Oz you guys can keep this guy.

I sold my 90K mile 2007 5.9 cummins with full Carli Suspension to get my Tacoma. I love the idea of a desert running Dodge. Search Carli for information on the suspension. The truck was a POS. The seats where all falling apart. The interior was rough. I put about $1K in tot he steering ttying to get it to not try to kill me on the freeway.

I will never own another Dodge. Now Carli has been working on the new Fords. So next Diesel will be a F250.
