Dude, I don't know where you were, but the parks are ALWAYS packed here. Even on the rainy days, which is about 200 a year. And there's a LOT of parks, too.

A congressional study just came out that Seattle Police have record of unnecessary violence and of being overly strict. So maybe that had something to do with your experience. the pistol license is good for only 1 pistol

it takes anywhere from a month to 2 months to get that 1 pistol license.

then theres a 2 week wait before you can get another pistol

and each license is specific to that one pistol, you have 10 days to buy it
