Basically. there's "unofficial" ranges but theyre really small and kind of dangerous

all the mainlanders that moved and bought land don't like people shooting, even on private property. Cops get called all the time

    :jellydance: of mainlanders.

The state is broke, not the people. (another reason why it can't be a Communist state...)

Although there are a lot of broke people in Cali, too.

All these rules are because people took advantage of there not being any rules and when people started digging deep holes to hide bodies at the beach because it was easier to dig in sand than dirt it just caused a big mess. It had nothing to do with murder being illegal, it was a littering/dumping thing.

The football and frisbee thing is because people would intentionally/accidentally target people just to meet chicks & others started putting up goal posts and frisbee golf baskets and that was interfering with the life guard access to the water.

This is really no different than what is going on at outer banks in NC with them shutting down some of the beach access for vehicles because the environment is suffering and offroaders were making too much money pulling people out and people were getting stuck just to meet 4wheelers. Some people just has to have too much fun and it shuts it down for everbody, same as always, same as anywhere. Not Cali-specific..........

The Beach law is preventative, and it's only for the summer, where it's most crowded. Have you ever seen a crowded beach? Were the fuck are you supposed to play football, or Frisbee, or any of that? I found this online, this is not even considered a good day. And i know because I LIVE next to the beach, and it's a tourist town. So come weekend it's gridlock and miles and miles of cars all headed to............... an over crowded beach, that out of towners litter at. Luckly we have Caterpillar's fitted with beach combers for trash.

Also we've had kids die from diggin holes in the sand. I kid you not. It's a tragedy, They dig down, and try to make tunnels, but sand isn't really the best material to make a tunnel in, well the sand tunnel collapse and if you don't know where the hell you kid went and he was digging. Changes are he's suffocating to death, and by the time you dig him out he's prob dead.

Boy Severely Injured in Sand Tunnel Collapse

by Danny Wool on Jun 28, 2011

Ryan Buchanan, 17, is in critical condition after a sand tunnel that he and a friend were digging at Sunset State Beach collapsed on them. Buchanan was transported to the Pediatric ICU of the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where he is still unconscious. The boy was part of a group of 50 teens and eight chaperons from Alamo's Creekside Community Church that was visiting the beach on Monday. Some of the adults saw them digging the tunnel, but said that they were not aware of the dangers involved in the activity. The two boys were rescued by lifeguards and other beach visitors after the tunnel collapsed, and they were taken to the hospital. The other boy was released later on Monday. Though rescuers attempted CPR on Buchanan, he apparently had sand lodged in his esophagus, impeding his breathing. It is still too early to determine the scope of brain damage, if any, resulting from the loss of oxygen to the brain. Bill Wolcott, supervising ranger for Sunset State Beach, later noted that lifeguards frequently warn beach-goers about the danger of digging holes that deep. An investigation of the incident concluded that it was an “unfortunate accident.”

Are the 29 other states that voted for him ordering one too? Why can't Republicans decide if Obama is a nazi or a commie? Because they don't understand the difference? Really, guys, get your act together.
