that's my guess, but we don't know yet.

We go to the doctor on Friday, but we won't be finding out much until 5 weeks after this.

 

Something tells me he can do this without even trying...........

 

Just an update for everyone. My wife is still pregnant. I've been to all the birthing classes, and I think that I just want to stay home during the delivery. I'm trying to delay the delivery because we still have not received our furniture yet. We ordered this fancy crap 13 weeks ago and it might not be here for another 2 weeks. I'm about to let the pregnancy hormones loose on that poor bastard

 

Here's another update for everyone. My wife is no longer pregnant. We have a little hotdog now. He was born at 9:40PM on December 17th. His name is Bennett. 7lb14oz(but he took a big poop right before they weighed him) and 21" Long.

The amount of emotions that have been running through me are unreal. I can easily say that December 17th was the most amazing day I have ever had. I will never look at my wife the same way.

The entire pregnancy and delivery was great. She went to work on Thursday and decided that maybe she should have her contractions checked out (she was 39 weeks and 6 days) They informed her that she was already halfway there. The "labored" for a few hours with the epidural and then at 9PM they told her to push. At 9:40, I became a father.

We went home on Saturday and our son is so great. He rarely cries, is easy to calm when he does cry, eats well, is pretty, has some of the longest hands I have seen on a newborn, doesn't complain too much about dirty diapers...I could go on, but I think you get the idea-he's perfect.

Thanks for allowing me to get mushy. I have a feeling that most mothers and fathers will be able to sympathize with the emotions I'm going through.

And before anyone asks, he's definitely mine. He's got my toes(unfortunately) and people are telling me that he looks like a mini-me.


At 16 hours old, he can already become a Glamour Shots model. You should just wait until he releases "Magnum" on the world.

Congratulations!!! Now get that kid a piano! Seriously, with those fingers you really need to get him playing. His range will be unbelievable!
