SOOO, i riding down the street obeying all laws and not spitting traffic (rare) and this dumb bitch pulls out 10 feet in front of me, I applied both breaks, down shifted to first then slammed the front break and couldnt stop in time. I relized about 2 feet from impact, at 45 mph, that shit was going down so i dumped my GSXR 600 and took off running. I managed to stay on my feet (I have no idea how) but my bike went under her car. Here is where it gets funny. She has no insurance, license or tags. On top of this she stated to the cops and me that the reason she didnt look before pulling out was she was distraught that the gas station refused to accept her food stamps. I am gonna sue her outta this country. Ohh yea she was morbidly obese too so I am sure that I will have to pay for her triple bypass in a few years, gotta love this country

I sure hope you take her for all she's worth, which unfortunately doesn't sound like much. shitty drivers shouldn't be on the road, simple as that.

which would be what exactly? this lady has nothing and wont pay you a dime. i work with people like this all the time and know that you'll get exactly jack shit from her. even if she has anything, the kind of person that does this usually is ok with filing bankruptcy and not dealing with you at all. food stamps at a fucking gas station???? are you petarded? save your energy for something positive and call it a loss i say.

That sucks dude! Good thing you are ok.

I would definitely try to find some background information about the chic before going to court. If you can find any documentation of where she works or what not that would prob be a big help.
