Youve still had everything given to you and you showed you werent responsible by getting in 3 accidents before you are even out of high school. You are gettin off easy with only losing the truck for a year.

You were following too closely and or not paying attention. No one else rear ended anyone when traffic stopped "for no reason". If you had been paying attention you wouldn't have wrecked. You probably wouldnt have hit a fire hydrant either if you were paying attention then too.

What do you mean its not your fault? there could of been a pedestrian in the crosswalk and therefore the lady needed to stop why are you operating a vehicle with faulty brakes on the road in the first place.

You really don't need to be driving a 20k+ vehicle if you don't know that the reason your vehicle is sliding is due to oil coming up from the rain

x2 My first car was a Dodge Daytona that would spin the main bearings every so often, but it was given to me so I never complained. I've owned 2 brand new Toyotas and some other stuff since then, and I've never even thought about my parents, grandparents or siblings paying a dime. If my parents pay the payment, they drive it... that's my family's mentality.

You keep talking about paying the "deductible". Are you actually paying the insurance premium. They are two different things.

Also, capitalization at the beginning of a sentence, helps with the reading.
