    Welcome to the club.

This seems oddly familiar...Mine was rearended by a drunk driving illegal alien a month after I got it. I was also stopped at a red light and the culprit was driving a Dakota.

As a matter of fact, my truck has been hit 3 times by Dodge trucks, twice at red lights. The only real damage was the first one, though, as the others were much lower speed.

Apparently my truck is a big red bullseye.

My parents had a Camry like that, hit half a dozen times, never their fault.... some vehicles just seem to be magnets for other vehicles.

Yep, the next time you decide to not stop for a Red Light you'll get hit by a Semi and killed

"some vehicles just seem to be magnets for other vehicles."

I've heard that you should never buy a red vehicle because people just don't seem to see them. I can attest to this -- I had a bright red 2WD Toyota pickup that got run into while parked seven times in six years. I switched to gray and haven't been hit in a parking lot for twenty-five years.

My parents Camry was actually a dark maroon... Back home they even changed the fire engines from red to yellow for the same reason.

The same ones that do not see safety orange half ton trucks as well. They are too busy blathering on their cell phones, or rummaging around for CD's, or any other of a number of stupid things that make them forget that they are piloting two tons of metal down the road.

The day after I got home with the aforementioned safety orange truck, a woman on a cell phone blew through a stop sign in front of me. I laid on the horn, slammed on the brakes, and dove into the lane to the left of me. We did not hit, but she was clearly NOT looking where she was going. Oh, and I was the ass hole for getting in "her" way, never mind that she had the sign, and I was on a state highway.
