IIRC, They have a 1 year warranty (or 12,000 miles), but you should find out if thats in affexrt if installed by Toyota. If no warranty, get the Delphi unit.

They cant hurt. Most all squeeks are from dirt, and moisture in the springs. Brake fluid lubes, and removes any moisture from the springs. If you get the pads, be sure to fully clean the springs before putting them back together

would you recommend doing that before getting the pads? it happens alot, regardless if the leafs are dirty or clean.. i have spent alot quarters at the car wash power washing between the leafs hoping that would help with no results.

my last truck soaked them with white lithium grease.. it helped, but the problem quickly returned.

Personally, Ive used brake fluid on springs, and never have the squeaks show up again after application. I'd say its worth a shot. Note this:
DO NOT get the brake fluid on paint. Get an old metal oil squirter thing, and use that to squirt the brake fluid on the springs. let them sit over night. Spray it into the cracks, and shit, and let the inhearant capilary action of the fluid work its magic.

    TRD skid painted black,

I just put in a set of new Icon AALs assembled on Ames' old stock 3 pack.
Completly disasembled all the leaves and AALs, cleaned and greased lightly with bearing grease.
Installed on truck and they squeeked two days later, I even greased the bolts to the shackle and front spring mount!!!
Be carefull with the brake fluid it somehow gets on paint all by itself!!!

    Wife rolled it 3x mod...
as for your blower motor save your money... mine was finicky for a while then quit working, all i did was take the unit out, air it all out, cleaned the brushes of the motor and used silicone spray on the bottom bearing... its been over a year and works great still. ohh yea, and use a pencil eraser to clean the pins in the harness, i noticed some black on the pins and i know if you let that build up too much it acts like an insulator and wont let current threw. It is way easier than it sounds.

Hope it works for you, if you have any questions you have my number... shoot me a text.

OP UPDATED(well, second post :p)Lol. Thanks guys.

So this is what I'm thinking..

    Resurface the rotors.
    Road force balance from discount
    New cabin filter
Remove blower motor and clean, reinstall
    New leaf bushings
Remove either my aal or overload
    Find and fix misc rattles

If my vibrations are still there, thinking I may try a CB drop or something else

After picking up the truck from the dealer.. They are definitely still there as of now, but maybe a road force will help. The steering wheel definitely shakes when braking still as well.
