Wrinkly paint on MGM '09's?

    While washing down my '09 AC I noticed what appears to be a horizontal band of 'wrinkling' in the MGM paint about 5" up from the bottom of the doors and all along the lowers...on both sides. Kind of appears the sprayer wasn't spraying, but spitting. The wrinkled band, itself, is about 3" wide. Seemed worse on passenger side. Very 'un-Toyota' like.

    I'm not talking about the orange-peel finish like on the fender flares, these wrinkles are on the painted surface.

    Anyone else?

    Wonder why they didn't use film? Probably cheaper somehow.
