    phontom on your truck were their bolts in the holes for the 4 bolts

    Valley hitch should have been an 82790 and the Valley wiring should have been 30127 with no issues if you have a regular cab. The hitch is placed in a check fixture after it is welded. Maybe the hitch was dropped on its end if it was shipped UPS. Let me know if I can help.
