Wrong Oil Pan Bolt

    I know that's not the frame; that's your front differential and mounting arms for said diff.

    Good thing you got a new frame, but preventative measures could certainly help!

    Hate to see the rest of your components.

    Not that I have a problem using those Fumoto valves, but this would absolutely drive me nuts. If the threads are totally gone, I would either replace the oil pan altogether, or like you said, up-size the thread and bolt size.

    ...and then never let that shop touch your drain plug again. This is the kind of crap that drives me to do all my own work on my truck. Its one thing for a tech to break something on your car, but it's an entirely other problem when they don't bother to tell you. Big red flag.
