    They mention it in the video. The wheels on the other side of the car were contacting the ground; as they roll forward, the wheels facing the camera spin backward due to the mechanical LSD.

    A mechanical LSD would cause them to spin the same direction. An open diff would spin them opposite like you see in the video.

    This guy pissed off a lot of people. ARB USA posted this on facebook the other day. It's ridiculous...

    Thanks for clearing that up. Though from I understand the mechanical LSD would only spin in the same direction if there is some clutch preload. Otherwise with one wheel in the air it acts like an open diff and spins the free wheel opposite. Don't know what type of LSD was on that generation Impreza.

    LOL, see the video again, the free-spinning wheel looks like it's on A-TRAC.

    They have a thread dedicated to his stupid quotes... :facepalm:
