i know where you can get a set trd wheels off an fj. They are 100% trd wheels but they were the silver ones that have had a powder coat on them to make them black. They are really impressive. I have a set comming in the mail. Should be here this week. want me to take a pic of them when they get here and send it to you?

Yeah, that'd be great. Post a picture and how much and where you purchased them from. Looks like you have the same truck as I do, I think they would look great on our truck. Thanks and take care

yea they will look good. The place i got them from was selling them for 300 a piece but since so many of us are going to get them from him he is giving them to us at 250 a piece. Not bad for a real trd wheel. They are really sweet. Ill take some pics when they come in this week and send them to you. This really is the closest you can get to those wheels, trust me i have tried getting the real ones every where. The only way you can get the real ones is by spending like $2000, thats just not worth it to me.

Wow...? $294 each. You could buy silver ones from Toyota for $150 and pay to get them powdercoated and have money left over for even more mods.:)

its no secret. the place im getting mine from is $250 a wheel. normally the wheel trd wheel alone is $150 plus $100 for professional matte powder coating, not bad in my book. By the way, that sites wheels at purefjcruiser do not even look like the real wheels, way to shiny and all.

Check out this site, These are the best around i have seen. http://www.earnhardttoyotaparts.com/trteedrewh.html
Me and ralph have already spoken. Hes giving to us at $250 a piece. On his site the wheels are $300. Im going to talk to him in a little while and probably get a coupon code for anyone else that wants a set. Thanks

they mean they are not the real ones on the trail team fj. They are however real trd fj wheels. They have just had a matte poweder coat finish. Look sweet dude.

So how do you really know they are real TRD FJ wheels? I hope you called toyota and check on that part number really do exist before you've purchased from them with that much trust...

Hes a friend of mine. They are real trd wheel. The part number is for the silver 16" trd fj wheels. They are not the actual ones off the trail edition fj, they are the silver fj wheels that have been powder coated to look like the ones off the trail edition. If you want them for $250 a piece just tell ralph your friends with brian (thats me lol).

by the way, earnhardt toyota is an actual dealership, not some shady website. No fears in purchasing from them

The second set look better than the first. I still think that the $150.00 and have them powdercoated yourself sounds alot better (cheaper). That's my $0.02

thats not a bad idea, i was going that route originally but then i realized that everything that i have seen powder coated is far to shiny to look like the fj wheels. These are pretty damn good lol. Not to mention that they are giving you real center caps from the special edition wheels. Those are hard to find. So in the end it comes out to about the same
