Cabe Toyota in Long Beach is willing to do $115 a taillight or $230 a pair if I get at least 5 people to buy 2009 tail lights.

    thanks again

they are sweet. at first i didnt like them, but then saw them on a white truck at a dealer by my parents and they began to grow on me! i've been wanted to retro LEDs in my 05-08 tails, but this was just an easier way to go, considering my time schedule...

they are a lot brighter than the halogens, plus you get that extra few fractions of a second when you hit the brakes...which is safer...

best of all, they are direct plug and play, i swapped mine in less than 5 minutes.

car-part.com simply lists yards, so that is where i found it. the place was a dismantler, but the lights came off a takeoff bed (as the owner installed a stake bed) so they were basically new. i got the only pair they had at the time.

yep, unplug your 05 lights and plug your 09 light in, nothing more to do. the 09 plug has the wires in all the correct places.
