3.73 gears installed

isnt the Torque converter little larger on the MT???

 

Manual trannies don't have torque converters... they have a clutch...

 

ok i am thinking something else then.

 

The exhausts themselves may have been different but I would think the bolt pattern would be the same. Technically all TRD's are SR5's as well.

I don't see used gears come through hear all that often. I would call east coast gear supply and see if they will sell you a set of used 4.10 gears that they have received as a core from someone else who upgraded, if they have any anyway.

 

I'm I missing something? I thought all 2nd gen 4 bangers came with 4.10s stock?

 

All 4x4 and Prerunner 4 bangers do, basically the 6 lugs.

The 5 lugs come with 3.31's and 3.xx (can't remember the other ratio) and Xrunners have 3.15's.
