    pop screw or push screw. I have stainless hardware but no plastic.

    In Canada? Try the nearest Canadian Tire or PartSource store. OEM clips are pretty brittle, no better than aftermarket clips. I actually broke two of the six OEM clips when replacing mudflaps.
