Just wondering does anyone know where I could buy a hood with hood scoop painted to match my truck at a reasonable price?

I think he meant an actual hood off of a Tacoma Sport model that would color match his truck, not a stick on.

I know what he meant and IMO it's still tacky. Just because it's OEM doesn't mean it looks good.

I know I'll catch grief for that. If you like the fake hood scoop go for it, it's your truck.

The scoop obstructs vision and has no purpose. I would love it if I it was for the intake (I did see a pretty sweet mod once for that) or to make room turbo or something.

Yeah, I don't like it either, but if it served a purpose I would.

um well my hood is ruined due to hail damage just wondering were I could go to get an authentic hood instead of some of these cheap replacement ones. This isn't for some type of upgrade just needing a new hood.

I think OEM hoods are $175 or somewhere in that range. You could contact a stealership.
