My local bike shop sells bike fork mounts for $20 a piece, my local Toyota dealer sells fork mounts (which I have heard MANY complains about the Toyota mounts), for $40. Check around at a bike shop, they should have them.

1/4" x 1" x 6" aluminum stock with a basic mount (can find at Dick's sporting goods, bike shop, etc.) and build your own for about $30. I tapped threads into the aluminum and ran the bolts in from the back side.

Rocky Mounts makes a locking quick release system that fits C rails. Expensive but they work.

I have 3 bike mounts. I used the Xport Universal mounts (9.99 each) and got some hardware from my local rockymounts retailer.

Go with the Rocky Mounts, I love mine. They look good, attach to the factory bed rail system, and lock your bike in place. You can leave your bike in the truck overnight without anyone stealing it because they have key locks. I got mine for around $50...worth every penny.
