I need one of those invisible fence things to keep my border collie on my property. I am looking for the wireless type - not the type that you have to bury the wire. If any fellow Tacoma owners have one taking up valuable garage real estate, pm me. I can Paypal you.

I've got one sitting in a huge pile in the corner of one of the rooms in my house you can have. It's starting to get in in the way.

Have you done your research on these? I put one in for my lab and she worked out if she ran fast she gets one jolt but is then free for the day and would come home (eventually) and sit just outside its range waiting for me to bring her back in. I cranked the voltage so it would give the warning way before the jolt but she still would 'run the gauntlet'! Just my 2 cents worth.

x2, my girlfriends short-haired pointer powers through it also. It's incentive to stay yard-bound but once she sees something she wants, all bets are off.

My dog, on the other hand, faints when you yell her name. She literally just falls over and lays there until you come and drag her back into the house.

i have a customer that put on a wireless electric shock collar on his dog. he would sit outside till the dog got close to the gate and would shock it. he said he did it for a week and the dog learned. i go every month and the 3 dogs know not to exit the gate. all 3 were trained the same way.
