are you defending that abortion of an attempt at building a suspension?

I never said your a noob. If you think that is a good design then you proved my point. How about the stock BJ's being used? How about how he talks about changing shock angles like it has nothing to do with how it will handle? How about the fact he has no way of making sure the arms match execpt for the "factory" tabs he used to make cut lines? How about all of the deleted comments on questions we asked him that he couldnt answer? We asked him these same questions and he has no answer. So your telling me that someone built that suspension setup, without knowing anything about geometry and they set it up right?

Listen, Im not defending anything~ Im stating when someone doesn't have the funds, you do what you can...I commend him on the effort....There is a big difference in support of the effort~

So if your saying my not laughing at the guy is defending him... then I guess I'am, but thats not my direction.

Look I haven't even been able to pull up the thread...Im sure by the looks of those arms that a lot of corners were cut and no actual engineering or trial by error was concentrated on. However I don't know the age of the cat that started the work or even if its finished, but I still think its great to see people out there trying things for themselves...I would hope to god that a guy at the age of myself would not try what he has done, but if he is young its a commendable project for sure. I've seen worse things being created on ground air and water...Safety sometimes get thrown out the window when it comes to saying Fcuk it and going for it! Not everyone needs to follow the rules, and those rules will get broken to only have to follow those same rules you broke and in this case its . Its not a plug & play type of society anymore...Thats why we have theoretical, experimental and actual engineering theories......

    The better coast
We should just let Darwin's Theory do its thing then.

If people who understand the "theoretical, experimental and actual engineering theories" say something is a bad idea....money or no money, it probably is a bad idea...

If you can't afford to do something then don't do it. Just the smart financial things to do.

if the cat feels that theoretically he can get it done, then why not put it to the test (the experiment)?

Because a group of guys are coming on here telling him its wrong and not the right thing to do? If that was the case then We wouldn't be letting Darwins theory in. Fact we would all be living in a very cut throat society! We may as well live in a state directed economy~ Or socialism

Id like to see if the guy actually finished this project? How old is this guy?
