WTB, Low Mileage Leaf Spring Packs 2016 - 2021

Hey all, as many may know I am restoring a 12 2.7L Prerunner. And would appreciate some information to help me while I am considering many of the suspension options available.

At this point, I am considering the cost and components necessary to return to a near new OEM condition. I think I have my shocks covered but need to address the replacement of my worn-out rear leaf springs. This considered, can anyone offer the information of what years of OE leaf packs are compatible with my 2012 Prerunner?

I have hopes of running up on a good set of low mileage takeoffs, or maybe find the same at a salvage yard. Also if I am lucky enough to find a proper set, what should I consider a good price to have to pay for them?

Also, if you happened to have or know of a set within a reasonable driving distance of Austin Texas I would like to hear from you.

Any leaf springs off of a 2005-2021 6 lug Tacoma will bolt on. 2016 and newer leaf springs will raise your trucks back end around 3/4". I paid $100 for a pair of low mileage 2019 leaf springs in So Cal.

I don't know of any other makes/models that are a direct swap.

 

Def try to find local so you don’t have to deal with shipping. I’m sure folks have them sitting around like I do.

 

From what I have seen you could build a hole truck from all you have sitting around. And agreed shipping in most cases is not desirable for sure. But under the right circumstances, it can be your friend. Knowing you have found what you're looking for, and the search is over has its value.
