    Bought a 2003 one good mud flap one bracket cut in half. If you have an orphan passenger side flap with bracket let me know.

    bilsteins all around with emu springs.
    not sure if 98 mud flaps would work but ill sell them you for 15 plus shipping expense

    i think the picture is uploaded...well i have them both installed on my truck so all the mounts are there i will take them off if your still interested i was going to take them off soon but i have a busy schedule so this will give me more incentive.

    Sure looks like the one I have they should be attached to a metal plate that then screws underneath the fender well. If so I will take them, let me know how much for shipping to 78606 when you have them ready and how you prefer to get paid.
