I thought about it being the BFG KO2's but it had the same issue
    with the stock setup.

+1 here as well.... I think in the year I owned my truck I've only sat in the passenger seat once so I don't really GAF if it shakes or not. I do find it interesting that other versions of this truck have it and the 3rd gen does too.

I've had another vehicle where the passenger seat (back portion) would shake just driving over minor bumps in the road or rough patches and you could hear the metal in the hinges rattling so it was pretty annoying. Can't recall if there was a fix for that...

I just put a set of 265/75/16 C duratracs on, and now I get a vibration starting at about 72mph. Vibration is decreased with a load in the back but still prevalent. Tire pressure is about 39 psi, wondering if lowering the pressure a bit might help. This is obviously a tire balance issue and will have them RFB soon assuming the dealer who put them on did not do so already. I was very surprised at the composition of the duratracs, the tread and sidewall are very soft and spongy, I'm sure this is good for traction but I worry about longevity.. only time will tell. I'm thinking the squishy nature of this tire makes it a bit difficult to balance, considering that it seems to be a common theme with the duratracs.

Yeah that's the only issue I've had with Duratracs is balancing, especially the larger you go in any tire can get challenging to keep them balanced. Get them road force balanced and make sure all 4 tires are in good shape (within tolerances) if one requires too much weight to balance you should probably argue for a replacement tire. They're great in snow, wet pavement and bullet proof in the desert from everything I've done with them.

I don't think it's just a tire balance issue as I've had the issue all along and I've
had them balanced 3 different times with different tires and wheels.

It certainly sounds like a balance issue, I wonder if its possible that the drive shaft was out of balance from the factory. Maybe a bad U-joint?

I can confirm, my Sport has done it too. I blame the stiff shocks and flimsy seats. It happens on cement freeway sections and they vibrate at the rate I'm passing cement slabs.
