My 06 Nissan was doing the same thing, I had the tires rebalanced several times. The problem was bad U-Joints

ya because there are two lines or rows of weights. not necessarily more in one spot but yes it takes more weights. have them do the weights as close to the rim face as possible then as close to the lip as possible.

Any chance you are getting vibes from the lift not tires?
You could need carrier bearing spacer (if reg cabs have cb)
a lot of guys get vibes from lift.

the carrier bearing, at least from my experience, will delete or minimize take off vibs. the carrier drop did nothing for me at higher speeds

This thread makes me want to keep my stock wheels. Also gold is up 29 & silver .75 , 1880 & 43. wow. It's time to forget about the tacoma parts and buy silver (maple leaf silver coins) if your in Canada. Silver Eagles US. I might not know how to spell I do know when paper is just paper.

yea i have no carrier bearing, just some axel shims and i get some take off shudder but i can live with that, it HAS to be my tires/wheels not being balanced becuase when i first got them they werent perfect but they were OK - alot better than they are now. stupid wal mart.

Sorry guys. But, what is "roadforce" balancing. Ive been around and worked on cars for many years but havent heard it called that. May be I seen it being performed but just never the term. Thanks for any help.

Sorry to OP for chimming in your thread

Roadforce balancing puts a roller on the tread to measure it.

i have never road force balanced a tire, and never had balancing issue.

when i balance bigger tires, like the 265/75 duratracs i put on the taco last month, i always balance the outside, spin the wheel then balance the inside. it seems to always call for more weight when trying to get both the inside and outside done at once. just a suggestion. :)

I had wider mb wheels on my 1st gen reg cab and they had a larger off set than stock, so discount tire couldn't get the balancing right and my truck shaked pretty bad from wheel balance. They upgraded me to some eagle alloys for free.
