    They attach to the rings on the inside to help pull the sides in when stowing the tent...two bottom, two top on each side connected to the corresponding rings on the other side.

    I found his use of negative space breathtaking. The composition, as a whole, has minimalist elements, yet it is so vivid that it captures the spirit of the bungee cord, as if it is making a statement that we as individuals yearn for that life of a bungee cord unfettered by social norms. It is a fine piece.

    you can toss them, they never worked for me when I used them.

    They are supposed to go on the inside of the tent and compress the sides inward when you fold it up.
