    we changed lanes into his laneway before, he was going prolly bout 60 when it changed to 45 and got pissed off i got into his lane while going slower, but i was fixin to turn right, btw i didnt cut him off, he was a whole stop light distance away when i was changing lanes

    if he was doing 60, and you changed into his lane in front of him doing 45, thats cutting someone off, regardless of if he was speeding or not. that would have pissed me off pretty bad (i wouldn't have made death threats but you would have definitely gotten the bird)
