What's the condition of the wheels? Caps and lugs included?

 

The wheels are brand new. I drove the truck straight from the dealer to the tire store. About 8 miles. They have no scratches or flaws. The caps and lugs come with

I think you can have them and I'll honor the price.
I sold them yesterday morning (in the dark) to a guy who thought they were all black. When he got home and saw the silver highlights he texted and said he didn't want them. I was willing to give him his money back but he said he'd sell them.
I just texted him to say I had an interested buyer.
If you will pay him the 450, I'll give him back 50 and everybody will be happy
