Mi Taco.jpg I got a little too excited when a local shop had all the parts to do a 2.5 gen swap that I went with the scooped hood even though I didn't want it.
Well, I don't really want it.
Not a huge fan of the look, or the decreased visibility.
Hood is brand new, primed (unpainted), pretty sure it's aftermarket.

Going to get the truck painted so I don't really care what your color is, or if it's got some minor scratches, but i'd prefer black, white, grey so its less of an eye sore in the interim.

1 for 1 trade, no cash on top, holler if you're interested.
Plan to help each other swap on the spot.

should go fast. I may have considered it but am also in the same boat as you. the look is TBD and decrease visibility was a big factor for me.

Yeah I had a scoop on my 08 and I really liked it, even removed the plastic backing to make it a functional vent.
But once I got this one on it just wasn't really what I was looking for especially with how busy the front end of this truck looks already.
Got in to drive it right after converting it from a 2010 with a flat hood and I didn't like the loss of visibility either.

I can get some later! Only have the few I took the morning after I swapped.

That seems like an awful lot of work to swap hoods from California. Sorry, looking for more of a local "lets do this in half an hour and for free" kinda thing

yah I was considering the functional but the boosted thread has shown it didn't do all that much.
