Hello all throwing out a feeler for my ARE Camper Shell on my 99 extended cab, it is color matched sunfire red pearl, has windoors with sliding glass window and screen. has the fold down front window with sliding glass, and I have the key that locks all 6 handles, carpeted inside the shell. there is absolutely nothing wrong with the camper except the clear coat pealing/fading off.

I do not want to sell this cap, I want to trade it for a similar shell but with the high roof as shown in the below picture. I don't really care if it is color matched but that would be a bonus. I am looking for another shell that also has windoors. sorry the truck and shell are so dirty in the pictures.

I am located in souther California, 93101. but I can drive a reasonable distance.

I did read your post and I’m not being a dick...but I’m just clarifying that you’re not willing to just sell it outright? If so I’d be interested. Thanks

But why would you want to get rid of your matching peeling clearcoat?

I've got a mid rise that I'd trade, but it doesn't have all the features of yours. And I'm in Texas

Damn nice truck. Ya I really like my matching fading clear coat, but I think having the extra room is more worth it to me. I would like to find a hi-top so that I can build a platform with drawers underneath and still be able to sleep on top of the platform comfortably.

Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
I bought an ARE MX series (High top) and tried to save the money and didn't buy the Windoors and I'm kickin' myself for not spending the extra money! If you find you a high top with Windoors thats a score!

Ya I’m wondering if I can just swap in my windoors if I find one that doesn’t have them. I figured if there the same brand they should fit, maybe even other brands have the same window dimensions.

@Zimm! Could I ask a favor? I'm trying to track down the manufacture of the front tilt sliding window on your ARE shell. Any chance you could get me the company's name that is etched on the glass? Thanks in advance!
