WTT: Chrome bumper for Black

Just looking to see if someone in the Houston area would like to trade their black bumper (05-09) for my chrome bumper (09). Mine is in perfect shape and I would expect close to the same for a trade.

Anyone? I realize it's been asked a few thousand times, but you don't know if you don't ask...

Pretty much luck of the draw when it comes to trading chrome for black. I just recently traded my chrome for a black. Ever thought of just going up/pulling next to someone in your area who has one and ask if they want to trade. Wouldn't hurt to try. Hope your able to find one!

that's probably your best bet, the guys around here don't like chrome so much, but someone who in your area who isn't into the truck like we all are might like the chrome.

Certainly have, but pulling up a stranger and asking "How much for your women,,,, we want your women,,, and your bumper !?" just sounds like a gunfight waiting to happen

No, actually I have thought of that, but there are so few non-SR5/TRDs around here that I haven't had that opportunity.

But, as it is, I'm just checking into the cheapest/easiest paths first. My goal is actually to get to a color-keyed bumper and have no desire to have a chrome version painted. Seeing a chrome background for each scratch would just grate on me.
