WTT Gloss Black Climate Control for Matte Black

I am looking to trade this Gloss Black climate control module (out of a 2015) for a Matte Black module. The module works perfect.

 

I found mine on eBay. Easier to sell it than trade it is what I found out. Matte I think only came in the base model trucks.

 

Thanks. I’d buy a Matte one but they are outrageous on EBay.

I’m wondering if I could just pop off the faceplate and paint it Matte.

 

Yes you can . I wrapped mine. Just take it easy so you don't break off tabs. As far as paint I like duplicolors trim paint .

 

I bought mine for $80 off eBay. Just need to search there are plenty that show up. I think mine came from LKQ.

 

Just painted the gloss one flat black. Looks good.

Can delete.
