Im selling a WW2 German bayonet. This was given to me by my Ex Girlfriends grandfather. He was involved in the invasion of Normandy (D-day), and said he "Took this off a German that wasn't using it anymore...". Last week, I had this authenticated by a local shop that specializes in military things. It belonged to a regular German soldier. Not a member of the Nazi command, or other high ranking dude. Being as there is a number on the back that has mostly worn off (I didn't even see it until the guy authenticating it pointed it out), its hard to tell if it was made in Hungary, or Germany. I think the stain on the blade is blood. Cant verify that, but the Grandfather gave it to me, it freaked me out, and its been in a drawer ever since. I found it again 2 weeks ago, and figured Im selling it. The authenticator gave it a value between $200.00 and $800.00. being as Im too far away from the Pawn Star dudes, Im asking for $100.00 + shipping.

BUY IT! You can use it to stab things around the house......garage, whatever. Maybe put it in a cool display case, and show it off to people that come over.

Don't talk to her, and would rather sell it.

I just got a PM from a member on here, that the Bayonet is an Czechoslovakian VZ-24 bayonet. Im also second guessing the story I was given from my Ex's Grandfather. that being said, the price is being dropped to $60.00 + shipping.
