Again, you can't compare backspacing being a stock rim is only 7" wide.

Okay so you have a -12mm offset, mine will have a -10mm offset.

    F5s like Troys are a -25mm offset.

    Stock is +15mm offset

So my rims would be 25mm out further then they are now.

Getting closer. The center of the rim would be 25mm further out from stock.

    ha

well...that was a good project. But i had some major practice with Frank. Like...major haha

But i'll let him figure out the wiring harness haha ill probably end up doing it though..he doesn't like truck work much anymore.

What? Wouldn't it be 25mm further in from stock? meaning the tire would mount further out..

Hey does anyone live around Cody? I wanted to run the Morrison jeep trail next week, but I heard Beartooth got shut down by a snow storm and I'm wondering if Morrison and the Goose Lake trails are still open. Thanks dudes

    I do. Live in powell.

Think they are still open maybe. But couldn't say. We got about a foot of snow up in the krandal area yesterday. Not sure if it'll stick or not.

    Hey guys,

I had a pretty successful phone interview today with a company out of Jackson. I've spent my whole life in Louisiana outside of 1.5 years in Houston Texas. I know the cost of living in Jackson is crazy expensive due to it being a tourist driven city. I'm just looking for a little guidance on where to live if I can't actually afford Jackson itself. I'm in my late 20's, single, no children and everything I own fits into my truck, including my wiener dog Henry. No issues commuting a fair distance. Thanks for any info!

Yea Jackson is expensive. Also, lots of snow so commuting...can be an issue haha

But should be some places. I'm not super family with neighboring little towns other then pinedale and that's too far and just as expensive practicity

Seems like you need to buy a 4wheel camper and live out of it. You can probably find a place in Jackson that fits the bill. Lots of temp jobs out there that require housing. I can promise you that those guys aren't making enough to "live" in Jackson.

This job pays well, but nothing burns my ass more than paying $1200 a month on renting a 600sq ft space and having nothing to show for it later. That's life though I suppose.

You get to live in a pretty awesome location at least. It sucks, but if you are remotely outdoorsy it should be a pretty awesome experience. I wouldn't want to live there forever, but being there for a year or two would be sweet.

Just over the border in victor Idaho. You would have to commute over Teton pass but I think it's only a 30 min drive one way. Nice condos over there.
