    Start working on first pulls with snatch grip. Basically dead lift. But stop once you cross the knees. Hold it for 2 seconds. Then down.

    Do it at like 275-315 or more. Will help a lot.

    And full squat hang snatch? Like catching it in the the bottom of a full squat.

    Yea we would do then once or twice a week withThe Outlaw Way training. Usually snatch grip sometimes dead lift or clean grip.

    So starting in a snatch grip?? I'd hate that. I have a way more powerful pull from clean grip. I can power clean 285..don't know if I could do that and switch to a clean grip with that kinda weight.

    Yea mor hips for sure..just where the bar is. But when I clean I have figured out how to land on the legs and pop with the hips so good I don't even notice.

    Ill try it tomorrow maybe though. Looks weird though.

    Only problem with that is that the brake is a positive relay and the horn is negative relay. I did it on my brother in laws Chevy and had to pull the ac relay to relay between the relays. Way to much work
