There are worse places to live haha. Not much for the heat but I have been in worse. I currently have 11 other positions saved to apply for before xmas.

Kinda of jumping the gun since I have till may before I am technically able to work.

 

Guessing the hiring process for those jobs is slow anyways. Probably perfect timing really.

 

From my experience federal jobs take a few months to see progress, let alone get an interview. Rarely do they have a dire need to fill a position either. I have a few positions in Idaho and the most intriguing is in Washington (career seasonal fish biologist).

Got some white 5" and 6" cut at lunch! I'll be waiting on black and brown vinyl to get all the cuts done but it should be here early next week.

Finding a month to month lease is difficult. The only benefit you may have is you could take over a lease of someone who graduated or transferred schools for the spring semester.

Applied for a few jobs tonight. Only one I am really interested in is a entry level fish biologist position in flagstaff. 13 month term position that would basically set me up to hold a real biologist position.

 

Yea hopefully because I have steady pay that'll help.

Flagstaff is a nice area. Lot of summer birds up there but still cool

 

Yeah, not stoked about the drive down, or the location as much but it would be an awesome job. The fish techs positions for Yellowstone just opened though. Pretty sure I would have to leave Ash behind for that one though .

 

Yea no dogs in there. Well. You can but leashed and no back country stuff. Wouldn't be fun for him.

Yellowstone would be an interesting place to work though. Get to see a lot of awesome country very few people get to these days.

 

Yeah, it's just a summer job too.

 

So I'm looking at a mobile home tomorrow...thinking about living in it for a couple years to focus cash into saving for building a house on virgin dirt.
