The college. Well I work at the Whitney art center. Be I charge of all the tech stuff. So audio and lighting.

 

man. Its like everyone is an adult now with no time to BS on TW anymore or something...

 

Can't talk, going to sleep so I can be up early for voluntary training in the morning!

 

I have certainly gotten busier but now its winter break. All I have to do is study for the GRE.

Graduate Record Examination. Most graduate schools require it so it's best to take it before or right after graduating undergrad while everything is pretty fresh. Scores are kept for 5 years so I can go work for a bit and then return for a masters or PhD.

It's not always required and it can certainly be waived. In the wildlife field you tend to just fall into positions where you can transition into a masters if you work enough tech jobs with universities. The exception would be the highly sought after schools. It's covered under my benefits otherwise I am not sure I would be doing it. I think it's $160 to take it...insane.

 

All those type of test are crazy expensive. But wait until you see how much it cost to apply to Grad school. haha insane.

I only want to go to MaGill if i do a masters. Doubt they would wave it.

Not really. Torque curve is similar to the 5vzfe. But it doesn't peak out at 220. Haha

And a v8 swap presents more issues.

2jz is practically bolt on.

No I just took a interim job at the college in Sheridan. So more like the summer. Even fall maybe.

And yea next year. Wanted to in February/March actually. But this job popped up which will let me save up money to make the move there easier.

Only thing that make me stay is if Tippet comes around. And I seriously doubt that'll happen.

Plenty are running the exact motor you and I have.

But true trophy trucks are mid engine and custom built. Im not doing that. And you can't fit a V8 in our trucks without a body lift. Ive only seen only nicely built LSX swapped tacoma on here thats LT. But he bought it that way so wasn't helpful with how the motor fit.

Plus after looking into LS motors it would be just as if not more expensive to get what i wanted.

Idk why you're hating on the 2jz. I6 motors are torque monsters and yea for high hp its higher rpms but whats new there? Nothing. Before the supercharger i as at 4k all day going up some of the forest roads in passes just to keep going 30-40mph. Least with a 2jz at 4k i'll have up to twice the power so i don't see the issue.
