Bought an electric golf cart today for 50 bucks. Deciding if i want to keep it electric or drop in a 22hp cushman

 

Boy I love doing 3 other peoples jobs all night. Sure is great when someone says they will do things then dumps it on the guy who has never done it...

Thats shitty dude, I hate when that happens. It's worse when the supervisor just shrugs it off because the work still got done.

Im going with the D2s..not the FXR. Thought about it. But I don't have a place to do the proper alignment here. So will just use the D2S. Be plenty anyways.

 

Interested to see what kind of set up you do on them. Always wanted to retrofit my tacoma and 4runner.

 

Yeah, there was supposed to be an 'or' in between those two.

 

Nothing crazy. Black housings, either chrome shrouds or color matched green. Switch back halos for blinker and DTRL. Possible passive demon eye with color matched green. IDK if that would be worth it though as its a dark green.

 

Any of you guys in here been up close and personal with a 3rd gen 4runner bumper. Guy on Craigslist is selling a decent looking tube bumper for 150 and I can't tell if I'd be able to modify it to fit...

The FXR would be sweet. But its not a plug n play projector. Gotta cut the main housing and stuff. If i had Frank that i could drive around while doing it id think more about it.

D2s will be fine for me though.

 

I think the mouting is the same but the clearances on the sides won't be the same. The t4r bumper cuts into the side of the truck. Not so on the tacoma obviously.

take a lot to make it work. Be better to just build one.

 

It'll be interesting to see how the 3800Ks compare. It would have been my preference too but at the time, that color wasn't offered IIRC. I've always felt mine were a bit on the cool side. Not LED cool but a lot whiter (almost a tinge of blue) compared to halogens.

 

Simple, i like it.

I think they are the same but don't quote me on that.
