Im sorry to hear your stoke has fizzled out...but im making it by on less than 1B a year and riding almost every day and having just the most fun. The dream is alive and well on my end.

I've been contemplating very hard on it needing more dry storage and there light weight

 

I love mine. It's been super handy. I'm short enough I can throw a sleeping bag in the back for camping trips. Hasn't failed me yet.

 

From the looks of the pictures it looks like it's in pretty good shape. Does yours stay decently dry?

 

Apologies, I realize that post sounded just like what I am, a washed up 35 year old has been. My summer stoke on the other hand is still very real

 

Yeah his is in great shape.

The back window of mine has a crack in it from a while back when i tried opening it when it was in the negative temps, and the adhesive velcro i had on the tailgate has peeled off and is long gone. With all that addressed, yes it does stay dry.

 

Ahh 30's. When your body starts letting you know your not 23 anymore lol

 

When I do ride now it's half days and only on the gondola, so my knee doesn't have the stress of the board hanging from one leg...I'm so old

I actually bailed out and hiked out of a cliff drop today...doesent usually happen, then again this is jackson...where you can kill yourself every 300 ft. Great humbling resort! Still, tram laps to the hobacks to drop cliffs are what my dreams are made of...im gonna keep being 23 forever

 

You should put that on your truck. "Forever 23" in pink right under the Jeep sticker

Been awhile since I've been to Teton village. My friends in high school thought the best way for me to learn was to take me to the top and I'd figure it out by the time I reached the bottom lol. Actually worked but it was the hard way. Anymore my winter activity usually consists of the occasional snowmobile trip to togwotee.

I bail out of all sorts of shit, mostly because my kids kids kept me up all night or work obligations though

I remember thinking I was a decent snowboarder, then I saw 5 year olds hucking back flips of any little roller around, growing up in Jackson builds 'EM different.

 

might work for guys better...ive mad the mistake of doing that to a girl and a kid now...both of which did not just "figure it out" lol

 

oh ya, i know...makes me hate myself a bit more even tho I know i can hold my own. Met this little aussie kid who must have been like 10 and was riding the tram with a pvt instructor...asked them how the day had been going and he told me they just did a casual run down Alta Chute 1...come on why couldnt I have been doing that crap at 10!
